1. Har Ki Pauri, Haridwar –

The history of this city is also linked to the Kumbh Mela, which is the most populous festival in the world. This is one of the four places in India where the Kumbh Mela is organised. Har Ki Pauri is the first place where Mother Ganga emerges from the mountains and reaches the land. From here it travels a distance of 2600 kilometers to Kolkata. 3. Panchal Ghat, Farrukhabad-

Panchal Ghat is located in the city of Farrukhabad in the state of Uttar Pradesh, although people know this city by the name of Mughal ruler Farrukh Siyar, but the history of this place dates back to the Mahabharata period. This city was famously known as Panchal Nagari. It is believed that Princess Panchali of Panchal Nagar, also known as Draupadi, married the Pandavas at the famous ghat located here in Farrukhabad. Whose name was later changed to Panchal Ghat.

Here a big event is organized in the month of December January, which lasts for about a month, which is known as Ram Nagariya. Thousands of people come here in this fair to worship Mother Ganga. 4. Triveni Ghat, Rishikesh –

The story of Vishram Ghat is such that when Shri Krishna came from Mathura and killed his maternal uncle demon Kansa. After that, Lord Shri Krishna came to rest at this resting place. Similarly, even today devotees and tourists come and rest at this ghat.
